Pilot LKS Quality Improvement Standards

As part of the objectives of Knowledge for Healthcare a commitment was made to completely review the current quality process to ensure that it continues to drive service improvement and is aligned with the wider education and service monitoring processes.

The new quality improvement standards, shared below in pilot form, have been developed in response to this and provide an outcomes based approach to support quality improvement.

Please note that these documents are subject to change and currently being piloted by the sites listed below.  We are sharing now in the interests of transparency but be aware that there are likely to be changes prior to roll out in 2019.
