Share your impact case studies

The National KLS Team collect impact case studies for advocacy and promotion and to make them available to the NHS knowledge and library services community.

We are particularly looking for case studies in these priority areas:

Before sharing your impact case studies, please ensure that you have gained consent for the use of any personally attributable information and quotes.

Submitting a case study

To submit an impact case study:

  1. Capture the details of the impact case study using the impact case study template with your service user.
  2. Register on FutureNHS.
  3. Request to join Knowledge and Library Services Impact Case Studies workspace.
  4. Complete the impact case study sumissions form on the workspace to submit your case study.

Deadlines for submission

The impact process will open on February 6, 2024 until the end of February.  Please only submit 1 or maximum 2 case studies in this initial stage.

The first batch of case studies will be assessed by our panel of reviewers in April.

We will contact you to let you know whether your case study will be added to the impact case study database or whether we recommend some changes.
