The logic model illustrates the results of an impact evaluation of the contribution of clinical librarians to patient care and NHS organisational objectives.

The evaluation was conducted across the North West.

Data was collected via questionnaires and interviews using the  Critical Incident Technique.

Each time the service was used, data was collected on the specific use of the information and how it contributed to a wide range of outcomes.

This resulted in strong and powerful evidence about clinical librarians’ contribution to a wide range of outcomes.
